1. Educational nature of the Service

IITMentor provides educational content — JEE PYQs, mock tests, notes, AI explanations and study analytics — to help students prepare for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. We are an independent educational platform and are not affiliated with NTA, JEE Apex Board, IITs, NITs or any official examination authority.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, redistribute or resell content from the platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, copy or replicate the Service or any part of it.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Misuse the AI tutor (e.g. for non-educational queries, harmful content, or to generate plagiarised work).
• Interfere with the operation of the Service via bots, scraping or denial-of-service activity.

4. Content & intellectual property

JEE PYQs are the property of their respective examination authorities and are reproduced here for educational fair use. Original explanations, notes, formula sheets, analytics, design and code on IITMentor are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not republish, redistribute or commercialise this content without permission.

User-generated content (notes, annotations, uploads) remains your property. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display this content to you within the Service.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Solutions and explanations on the platform are partly generated by AI. While we work hard to keep accuracy high, AI output may occasionally contain errors. You should always cross-verify against authoritative textbooks (NCERT, HC Verma, Cengage, etc.) before relying on any solution for high-stakes decisions.

6. No exam guarantee

IITMentor improves your preparation, but JEE outcomes depend on many factors. We make no guarantee about your rank, score, or admission. Use of the Service does not guarantee selection in any exam or institution.

7. Free service & changes

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, add, remove or temporarily suspend features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before any change that materially affects your account or stored data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@iitmentor.app.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IITMentor and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
